Measure, calculate and assemble parts and materials to the appropriate specifications. Properly follow manufacturing documents and safely operate machinery to precisely fuse materials. Follow safety precautions for potentially dangerous equipment.

Sales

Build strong relationships with clients and promote the Rice Lake brand. Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments and activities for customer projects. Plan and schedule projects and timelines effectively and efficiently to reach sales goals.

Material Handling

Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials throughout buildings. Properly operate heavy machinery and support timed routes. Effectively follow manufacturing documents and perform tracking procedures.

Technical Service and Support

Prioritize effective solutions and support for customers with sales, product or software-related inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction with adequate and timely diagnoses and resolutions. Track and manage orders or documented records.

General Manufacturing

Collaborate to build products for the toughest scales in the industry. Perform a variety of tasks to verify all Rice Lake products meet and follow quality requirements, productivity standards and safe work practices.

Machining

Safely operate appropriate machinery for smooth and quality operations. Effectively follow manufacturing documents and properly measure materials for production. Ensure consistency with outputs and perform routine machine maintenance.

Marketing

Plan, develop and implement activities and resources to promote the Rice Lake brand and products while identifying target audiences and market trends. Collaborate with various departments and customers to adequately fulfill campaigns.

Engineering

Generate detailed drawings, designs, infrastructures and technologies for innovative systems, structures and processes. Experiment with and analyze leading technology to ensure the great execution and compliance of our state-of-the-art products.

Manufacturing Training Program

Get paid to learn! Rice Lake offers a paid training program for welding or CNC machine tool operation. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll have the necessary skills to confidently complete a variety of production tasks in your position.
