ELWL Logistic Series Electric Pallet Truck Weighing Scale

Electric pallet truck scale, with built-in electronic weighing. Easy to use, reliable, suitable for harsh work conditions. It is indispensable when one needs to weigh accurately and save time. Manufactured, calibrated and adjusted in Italy by Dini Argeo, using certified sample masses. Available also CE-M approved.

ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL FEATURES:

  • Thick steel and oven-fire painted structure.
  • Wheels with polyurethane coating.
  • Distance from the centre of gravity: 600 mm.
  • Fork height: 85 mm to max. 200 mm.
  • Adjustable lowering speed.
  • Maximum horizontal inclination: 10% at full load, 25% without load.
  • Electromagnetic and parking brakes.
  • Electric pallet truck supplied directly by rechargeable battery incorporated into the structure.
  • 24 VDC 55 Ah battery and charger.
  • Operating life of 40 work cycles, at full load, with movements of about 30 m.
  • Electric power supply 0.3 kw traction and in lifting 0,4 Kw.

  • The user can select the operating modes directly using the dedicated key*:

  • Access to the user menu is gained using the dedicated key* to adjust the weighing filter, date and time, setpoint and tare weight, which the user can access by entering a programmable access password.

    * These quick access keys to the menus can be blocked by configuring a dedicated password.

Built-in real time clock to print the date/time with PCB, screw terminal, plastic box and UL-marked labels. If applicable, it requires FW 05.00.02 or higher. Not compatible with weight repeaters.
