Top-of-the-Line Cameras and Sensors
- iDimension® Plus XL combines the highest quality 3D imaging technologies with specific algorithms specially developed by Rice Lake to quickly and accurately read the dimensions of any object, even irregularly shaped ones.
- This feature makes iDimension® Plus XL the fastest static dimensioning system in its class.
- These technologies also allow iDimension® Plus XL to read accurately without requiring special attention during positioning: this feature results in process optimisation and a considerable increase in shipments.
- Thanks to the camera, iDimension® Plus XL records an aerial image of the measured object to ensure complete traceability, which is indispensable during disputes over damaged parcels. Available in "4K" version for high resolution colour images (2880 x 2160 pixels).
- Through XML API integration, the image can be shared with the company's IT system, in .bmp or .jpg format.

iDimension® Plus XL
Modular dimensioning system for OEM systems
iDimension Plus XL is a modular system consisting of a static dimensioning unit and a touch screen indicator, ideal for integrating the volume reading of parcels, cartons and envelopes into pre-shipment handling and sorting machines or lines, or for incoming checks.
The iDimension Plus XL can measure any package or item, even unpackaged, in less than a second, displaying the data and images on the 7 inch touch screen display and sharing them in real time with the company's computer system. With iDimension Plus XL the operator always has the situation under control.

- ATTENTION: the minimum and maximum reading measurements may vary according to the installation, the type of scale and the type of use (approved or for internal use).

iDimension Plus XL Technical Features
- Simple and fast installation for the technician, easy and immediate use for anyone.
- 7-inch colour touchscreen display for real-time display of measured values and camera image. Also useful for keeping the measurement area under control at all times.
- I/O ports:
- USB type A port for scale and barcode reader via USB hub (not included) and
- Ethernet port for connection to computer system.
- Software integration: API files and SDK available for integration of network devices
- WebServer for supervision and remote assistance.
- Operating temperature: 0° C to 40° C - Humidity: non-condensing.
- Power supply: 110-240 V, with US socket as standard (EU, UK and AUS sockets optional).
iDimension Plus XL Connectable Scales
iDimension® Plus XL can be connected to the Dini Argeo DFWL and 3590 Touch Screen weight indicators series to add the weight data to the volume data. The measuring and weighing station can also be equipped with printer or labeler and bar code reader.
Note: DFWL and 3590 Touch Screen require a specific program to communicate with Idimension Plus (DFW-DIM and AF-DIM, respectively). See scheme below (accessory tables area) for more details.
Alternatively, it is possible to connect the Rice Lake Bench Pro compact scale, for internal factory use, available in basic version or with idle or ball roller conveyor.
