BenchPro Shipping Scales are designed to interface with FedEx Ship Manager Software, providing both power and USB HID interface with one USB cable. Accuracy, durability, and advanced configurable functionality; like Tare, LB/KG unit switching and battery operation is included with the BenchPro Series.

Q: How do I set-up the BenchPro Series with FedEx Ship Manager Software?
A: Plug the USB cable into the scale and computer, turn the BenchPro scale on. Enter the Configure Scale menu in FedEx Ship Manager through Utilities > Configure Scale. Select Port (USB), Scale Type (Custom), USB Setting for Vendor Id (1C19) and Product Id (0002).
