Washdown Product Solutions
Rice Lake offers a wide variety of washdown products solutions to meet the requirements of washdown settings. The RoughDeck QC-X floor scale's top plate opens 75 degrees, allowing the entire scale interior to be washed and inspected. The BenchMark HE-X bench scale also has an open design with a removeable cover for thorough cleaning in extreme sanitary environments.

Jeff has over 40 years of diverse scale industry experience and provides training, support solutions and expertise to multiple industries. As a Rice Lake Regional Sales Director, Jeff supports a variety of applications by carefully reviewing weighing needs before determining the best possible solution.
Shannon - Strategic Accounts Manager
Shannon has 8 years of scale industry experience working with customers across various industries to create powerful weighing solutions. As a National Strategic Accounts Manager with Rice Lake, she manages the sales process for MotoWeigh® in-motion checkweighers, EZ Mount tank weighing assemblies, bench scales and floor scales.
Preston - Technical Sales Engineer
Preston has over 10 years of experience in the scale industry as a Customer Service Technician and Sales Engineer. At Rice Lake, Preston assists with a variety of customer requests, focusing primarily on the sales process and questions for Rice Lake’s MotoWeigh® in-motion checkweigher and VIRTUlink IoT scale monitoring system.
Bobbie - Senior International Sales Specialist
Bobbie joined Rice Lake Weighing Systems’ International Sales team in 2008 as a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish. Over her 16-year tenure in the department, Bobbie has grown as an essential member of Rice Lake’s team, becoming a Senior International Sales Specialist. In this role, she manages and supports our sales offices and dealer accounts throughout Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
Carlos - Senior Technical Sales Engineer
Carlos has over 11 years of experience in the scale industry. As a technical sales engineer, Carlos identifies customers needs and provides product and service technical and engineering information. Carlos works closely with technical support for in motion weighing, material batching, conveyor belt scales and automated truck weighing.
