Rice Lake to Feature Process Solutions at IPPE 2025
Rice Lake, Wis.—Atlanta will host the International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE) January 28-30, 2025 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Rice Lake Weighing Systems’ English- and Spanish-speaking experts will be among the exhibitors, presenting solutions for in-motion weighing, hygienic weighing, data integration and more at booth C28195.
Rice Lake’s MotoWeigh® in-motion checkweigher automates processes with a variety of options to optimize nearly any production line while improving shipment quality and customer loyalty. IPPE attendees can see a live product demonstration on January 29 at 10 a.m. with Carlos Aguilera, a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Rice Lake Weighing Systems. He will showcase the MotoWeigh’s ease of use while answering questions about integrating in-motion checkweighing to production lines.
Paired with Rice Lake’s MotoWeigh will be Rice Lake’s Myrias® enterprise software, showcasing the Myrias® Data Manager. This module tracks data and populates a SQL database with essential transaction data, creating comprehensive records.
For hygienic production environments, Rice Lake will be displaying a range of weighing solutions designed to simplify sanitization procedures. The durable and accurate RoughDeck® QC-X floor scale opens 75 degrees, allowing for easy cleaning and washdown procedures. It will be paired with the 682 Synergy Series weight indicator, which can be programmed in multiple languages and has a built-in web server for remote access. The LaserLight3™ remote display provides easy-to-read information with multi-color and quadrant possibilities. Rice Lake’s BenchMark® HE-X bench scale has a removable cover for complete access during cleaning routines, and the CW-90X static checkweigher meets HACCP requirements and withstands heavy washdown processes.
